Refund Policy
At Grand Bicycle Center, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window for new, unused items. If you need to return an item due to a defect, you’re eligible for a refund of the original purchase price. Please note that special order and preorder items are non-cancellable once placed. Sale and discounted merchandise are considered final sale. Deposits are non-refundable but may be converted to store credit if delivery falls outside of the agreed timeframe.

Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags intact. Parts that have been installed are not eligible for return. Depending on the item, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. Please review our full Terms of Service for details and any applicable fees. Non-defective items that are canceled or returned may incur a 5% transaction fee and applicable shipping charges.

Purchases made through Affirm financing must be returned within 15 days, and items must meet all return criteria.

Used or damaged items, unless the issue is due to a manufacturer defect (We’re happy to assist with warranty claims by coordinating directly with the product manufacturer on your behalf.)
